Mezzanine levels solve storage problems, a mezzanine installed in your building will solve storage problems through creating more storage space cheaply and quickly.
The valuable storage area in your shed or warehouse can be easily maximized by installing A Professional Choice Sheds mezzanine. It is not necessary to increase the size of your warehouse if you take advantage of your ‘air space’ and look at installing mezzanine levels.
All Professional Choice Sheds mezzanines are made to fit your area. Supporting legs can be moved and a standard design can be altered to suit your exact requirements. Mezzanine levels will convert unused vertical space into an excellent storage area or office space area. You might also be looking at additional production area or even a showroom area to display your products. New mezzanine levels can achieve all of these without extra-large construction costs.
Australian Standards will be met in your engineered designed mezzanine. All-Australian steel will be used, and it will be manufactured locally anywhere in Australia. A mezzanine level, delivered to your door will include: -
You choose the best type of mezzanine flooring to suit your project.
While we supply the certificated structure, you can choose the best flooring system to sit on your new mezzanine level. Here are the three most popular types in Australia.
The most common flooring used is particle board, available from any timber supplier. Red Tongue particle board will allow fewer joists at 600mm centres but the less expensive yellow tongue can be used with 450mm joist centres. Most choose to use the Red Tongue because any savings made on particle board will be used in paying for more steel joists. The finished floored mezzanine will be about the same price using either red or yellow tongue with 600mm or 450mm joist centres.
Open bar grating can be an excellent choice for strength and long-term cost. It can be bought to meet a large range of load bearing or weight requirement. It is also one of the most durable floors for rugged use but it can be quite expensive and it can come in a couple of different finishes.
Perforated Expanded wire mesh.
There are many different types of perforated expanded wire mesh flooring but nearly all will be high load bearing. It is a long-lasting floor which usually requires very low maintenance. It may not be suitable for some uses and will be more expensive than particle board. You can review the different styles at the Meshstore, just one of many suppliers.
